Ms Maria Rodrigues did excellent job as a tour manager. She went beyond her duty to satisfy every one. She managed to get airline check in with the group and avoided long line. She convinced authorities at Machu Pichu during return Bus boarding and avoided for us almost 0ne hour long line She worked with local tour guide in two cities for non Indian vegetarian lunch.
Overall her performance was extraordinary.
Overall trip was well organized and everyone has great time.

In October 2018, nine of us (five from Toronto, Canada and four from the USA) arrangedour International and domestic flights, land tour of Australia for 10 days and NewZealand for 3 days through PKT Tours of California. Our land tour included hotel accommodation, van, driver/ guide, admission to all places of interest and all our dinners. We were very skeptical at first as this was our first time dealing with PKT.
During our stay in Melbourne, Cairns, Sydney, Rotorua and Auckland, we were accommodatedin four and five star hotels. Our driver/ guide Nick in Melbourne, Daniel in Sydneyand Mike in Auckland/ Rotorua were excellent and kept us safe and sound during long drives. Mike in Auckland went an extra mile and provided us with fresh fruit duringour drive in New Zealand. We also had local guides in Melbourne and Sydney and they provided very good service with local history. Each place that we visited was unique,beautiful and filled with history that our driver/ guide narrated. During this tripwe learned a lot about history and geography of Australia and New Zealand.
We were taken to the finest Indian and Italian restaurants for dinner. PKT also arranged for our portrage at the hotels during our travel.
